I was wondering if anyone heard of cardboard boxes are safe for guinea pigs now? I thought I saw that with COVID, boxes were being sprayed and not safe for guinea pigs anymore.

Im trying to find a big enough box for my 3 pigs to all fit in and my go to was always cardboard boxes since they didn’t cost anything.

I've still been using cardboard boxes. I hadn't heard that they were spraying them, and I honestly haven't had any issues.

I'm not even sure WHY they would spray them, as COVID19 can only survive on cardboard for about 24 hours.
