I have a GP right now and I found another GP at shelter that I liked. They are about the same age, but my GP hasn't had anyone in there with her for a long time, should I try?

as long as you follow the instructions on quarentine, I say go for it!! Toffee was an only piggie for a year, but he and Dudley get along great now - they're both much happier for being together!

I say go for it. Your pig will be happier and healthier in the long run with a buddy of the same sex or adding a pig of the opposite sex that has been neutered/spayed.
