Aggression Aggression showing up after moving to new, bigger cage

Three weeks ago we adopted two male guinea pigs from a home that no longer wanted them. They came in a large store bought cage and seemed perfectly happy together. There was no aggression, they would talk to each other and when we held them they would want to be held together so they could snuggle. We decided to build a larger 2x4 C&C cage. They seem to love it. They have room to run around, popcorn a lot, run through their tunnel. Generally seem happier. But, ever since we put them in the new cage one of the piggies is showing signs of aggression. He will teeth chomp a bit, do the swaying of hips, low rumble. Sometimes he will jump on top of the other ones head. But they also continue to talk to each other and will rub heads and play with each other. My thinking is that they are just trying to sort out territory and dominance in the new home. They don't seem to be hurting each other at all and there is no actual fighting. 90% of the time they are content.

Is there anything we can be doing to help them feel more comfortable? Is this normal? Will they sort things out eventually?
