Iam taking them to the vet tomorrow is there anything that I should make sure to ask.

You might ask him to check his teeth, that's important. Also, before you go check for dandruff, bald spots, etc. If you need the vet to trim his nails you can do that.

You can sometimes tell due to weight/size, the thickness of nails, their teeth and x ray to see bones. If you've seen enough pigs, you can learn to tell or at least guess.
