Adding to Third level

I was thinking of adding one more grid to my third level in Peanut's cage. If I added it would it be darker under it? This is what my cage looks like now...

It is only dark under the second level because it is only half way up the grid. The third level it not dark under it now, but would it be if I added another grid to the right? I might try it tonight anyway when I clean Peanut's cage. Thanks.

I do not think it would make it darker. I think it would look cooler.

Last night when I cleaned Peanut's cage I added to the third level. It came out good and she loves it. I put her in when just her fleece was in and she started to run around and popcorn. It didn't get anydarker under it. Thanks.

No it wouldn't, most of those cages dont, because the grid doesn't cause a shadow, because of the colouring of the gridding (that's what counts)

That is a very good cage your piggy is very lucky

How much of your ist level is open? Your pic looks like the 2nd level covers the whole 1st level. How do you clean it out?

The second level is half way up the grids that are coming out of the side to the left of the cage. Then her third level is one grid up and is now expanded so it is two grids long. Only a small part of the first level is taken up by the ramp and hay rack, that supports the third level.
