A Few Questions!

Ok, I plan to Build a C&C cage..but was wondering a few things...

1) Can you litter train GP's ?

2) Are Wood Stove pellets ok for bedding?

3) This one isn't really about in the cage..but was wondering..Once I get my Piggie..If I can find another GP that needs a home, how would I go about introducing them to each other?

Yes, You can litter train a guinea pig. My guinea pig, Oskar is very well litter box trained.

It depends on the pig. Some seem to take to it, some don't. You can try it and see but I would not expect a lot.

2) Are Wood Stove pellets ok for bedding?

From my understanding, wood stove pellets are like Woody Pet, which is fine for bedding.

Not always. Depends on the pig.

Sounds like they are, but I'd actually recommend aspen shavings over them. They can be hard on the feet for pigs, though they are safe.
