Want a Guinea Pig(s) 3/4 babies/Mama in NJ (not posting an adoptable)

If this thread needs to be moved please feel free to do so, I wasn't sure where to post it.

I was browsing petfinder last night and found 2 babies and a baby Mama combo that are at a rescue in NJ that need homes. They look so sweet. The shelter got in 3 sows from someone who basically just dumped them, and all three were pregnant. I want to adopt them sooooo bad after hearing they were just dumped off with their Mamas. Is it crazy to talk to my husband to see if he'd let me drive up to NJ from SC to adopt them? We have the space/resources for them. Hmmm.

No, I didn't. Hubby told me I was insane for wanting to drive to Jersey ha ha ha. Also between kids in school and his work schedule I really don't have time to make that trip. I have heard they all got adopted into good cavy friendly homes in pairs or with another pig though so it worked out well for them.
