So I placed an ad on craigslist about a month ago to adopt a female piggy and I adopted one over the weekend so now I have 3. I forgot about the ad and a mom emailed me from the add asking me to adopt her two 6 month old girls, said the pediatrician said they have to go. I really want them, hubby is gonna freak and I would have to keep them in a big store bought cage my other ones came with for at least a week til I could get another cage together. My other 3 girls are in a 2x5 c&c with a 2x2 loft which I know isnt big enough to add 2 more to and there isnt anymore room to make the cage bigger. Would u do it or am I crazy? I can afford to have them so thats not an issue.

Make a double decker cage with two 2x 5 levels. I have a double decker with a 2 x 5 over a 2 x 4.

2 more pigs

There are a lot of photos of different types of cages for limited space in the photos section.

I could do that :) my hubby is gonna freak lol but i think i will do it :-0 The kids are like go for it lol

Aww. Can't wait to see pictures.

I'm having the same internal debate. I've had my first pig ever for 2 weeks, got a new baby from a friend in urgent need in quarentine (that my hubby doesn't know about) and am thinking about a mama and baby from a woman on craigslist she's trying to rehome. I have a 3x5 cage so I have plenty of room (though I'd probably expand). Oh, the dilema we're facing...Good luck to you!

LOL and good luck to you too. I told her I would take them, I am getting them tomorrow evening, I needed time to get a bigger cage built for them. One of my females I already have is very in charge and I dont want to put them in with her being that they are much younger. P.S. Havent told the hubby yet either
