Hello everyone! My newborns guinea pigs are 17 days old (one male, one female) and the male has already started to mount his sister!!!Her father is trying too!!I separated the father (he is going crazy and biting the cage bars now!) ,should i do the same to the little one ,too (i tried but he is crying all the time and his mother gets nervous)? Is it possible that the little female could get pregnant from this early age? What should i do?Please help and sorry for my English!

He should be removed yes. They can begin reproducing at an extraordinarily young age. The son could get the Mom pregnant, and back to back pregnancies are extremely dangerous. The mother may already be pregnant if you did not remove the father before the babies were born. The father should have been removed when you realized the mother was pregnant.

At 17 days old he is nearly old enough to reproduce. Males can impregnate a female at 3 weeks old. Yes, separate both dad and brother.

You can keep him with his mother and sister for another 3-4 days and separate right at the three week mark. He's practicing, just like human kids do.
Boars can reach sexual maturity at three weeks, sows at four & he should then do fine living with his father if the cage is large enough.
But if I understand correctly, you've kept the father in with the sow after delivery? If so, she's most likely pregnant again as he can impregnate her right after delivery. Back-to-back pregnancies are extremely dangerous & hard on the sow.
