It does get too hot for them directly outside, but my guinea pigs are under a roof in a nice cool patio. As I said before, it's either keep them in my patio or re-home them. There's nothing I can do about keeping them outside except re-home them.

Re: 2x3 for three girls? Since I might be getting a dog sometime they have to be on the table that their current cage is on now so the dog can't get to them. A 2x3 is the biggest it can fit.

I would keep them outside if it where up to me. But my parents don't want to. My guinea pigs are absolutely fine with the temperature. As I said before, they're happy and healthy. I haven't yet had one answer that answers my question.

I'm away from home right now, I'm on holiday. I can't take a picture. So you're saying that people who keep pigs outside aren't allowed on this site? That isn't the nicest thing. And cats take no notice of them. Trust me, my guinea pigs are fine, happy and healthy. It's perfectly sheltered.

It's not completely outside. It is under a roof and walls. The wheather here is fine for them. It doesn't snow, doesn't get very cold or too hot.

As in you couldn't find a Masters store, or you couldn't find cubes and coroplast? If it's the store you couldn't find, we're getting a Masters where I live.

Yeah. We have a fully fenced yard and where I live there are no predators like coyotes or foxes, so it's fine.

Just wondering, does Masters sell the correct cubes and coroplast for a C&C cage? And what are the prices (if you know)?

I want to make a C&C cage. My pigs live in my patio, so I was wondering whether I could make one to keep in my patio, except modified to suit that? How could I secure the cage, besides putting a roof on it?

Thanks for letting us know! That's great. I can't make a C&C cage, but I might look into getting a pack or two to make things from, such as tunnels and things like that. And I'll keep it in mind in case I ever do make a C&C cage. :)
