I went in Petsmart earlier to buy some hay & pellets..I noticed the edible wooden huts they were selling. I thought about buying one, but the label says it contains pine wood...guinea pigs are supposed to stay away from pine right? I just want to be sure I remembered correctly. Thanks!

My mom was careless earlier & threw a shopping bag by his cage. I just found out about it when I went to feed him. He chewed & ate part of the bag's handle.:( I don't know what to do...Do I just have to wait & see if I see the plastic passes through his droppings before I worry any more...
