Yesterday i was reading a book on guinea pigs. The topic was about putting boars and sows together. It said that if i get my boars neutered, and put them with sows, they will still fight. It also said that you can't put them in with females before or after a certain age in their life. Is this true?

Last night Pumpkin was trying to escape her cage made out of grids. She was squeaking SO loud that she woke my boyfriend up. Hopefully when i go see her today she doesn't have any problems - apparently she dropped the grids on herself, but they aren't too heavy. She's the only pig that acts out...
