How much pellets should young cavies (under 6 months) get? I know adults get 1/8 cup per day, but is it different for babies? Also, bluegrass hay can be a substitute for timothy hay, right?

I don't have any guinea pigs yet, and before I adopt I want to make sure I have all the information I need to keep them comfortable. Anyway, my question is which is better for guinea pigs, fleece or other beddings (carefresh, wood shavings, etc.)? What are the pros and cons? I'm more concerned...
