I'm apt to get rid of the bottom "ladder" of plain Fiddle Sticks because the piggies can easily jump onto the middle level, which is 1x2, suspended halfway up. There is a hole cut into the floor of the L shaped 1x3+1 loft above, which they access by way of another short Fiddle Sticks ladder. To make it easier to change my fleece, I have it wrapped around several coroplast "inserts" that I set into the bottom of the coroplast box. The boys have use of the bottom 2x3 uninterrupted, just for play.
