My piggie seems to be having occasional wet sneezes. Is this serious, or maybe a passing cold?

So i noticed if i poke a certain spot on my piggies belly, she jumps about. like popcorning. lol i think its so cute and funny. Does she though? I hope the popcorning is out of play and not annoyance. What do you guys think?
