    Fighting Repeated Biting

I got them checked out by the vet. They definitely don't have mites. There are no signs of them. I'm just going to monitor them more closely. I might try getting them some new houses, and adding some stimuli to their cage.

    Fighting Repeated Biting

Thanks, I've read that post. However the Ivermectin is now $40.00 on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Durvet-Ivermectin-Pour-1-Lt/dp/B000HHM6I0/ref=sr_1_3?s=pet-supplies&ie=UTF8&qid=1489594126&sr=1-3&keywords=Ivermectin+Pour+On+For+Cattle). So I'm going to ask my vet what she recommends to treat...

    Fighting Repeated Biting

They each have one house with two exits, as well as fleece hammocks hanging in two corners and thats's all thats in their cage (besides food and water stuff). I haven't treated them for mites? I might take them to my exotics vet and see if they have mites. Thanks.

    Fighting Repeated Biting

Hey guys, I am kinda at a loss. I have two ~1 year old males. They are in a 2x6 cage with multiples of everything in their cage. They are getting lots of veggies and hay. Both of them are perfectly healthy. But one of them keeps biting (and injuring) the other. It started with the one tearing...

Puberty Baby Boars Biting (but don't want to be separated)

Thanks! I've gone through introductions before. I have had my two older boars for a few years now, and have gone through the introductions process with them. My two new ones are the first babies I've had as my older boys were adults when I got them. As requested here are some pictures of my...

Puberty Baby Boars Biting (but don't want to be separated)

I'm probably going to move them out of my studio into my spare bedroom, and make another 2x6 cage for them, that size seems to work very well with my two older boars.

Puberty Baby Boars Biting (but don't want to be separated)

Thank you all. I am in the process of expanding their cage, however in the mean time my vet said to keep them apart and then reintroduce them in the new cage. I don't want Meatloaf to be bitten anymore, as his ear is still healing (it was a pretty bad bite). Previously to boarding them they had...

Puberty Baby Boars Biting (but don't want to be separated)

Hello, So I recently adopted two young boars. I have had them for about 2 months now, and I recently boarded them at my exotics vet for a long weekend. While I was gone they got into a fight and RiffRaff tore a chunk out of Meatloaf's ear. Since I have brought them home I have noticed several...
