Do guinea pigs need fruits and veggies everyday? I only give her an apple every 3 days because i don't have a lot or fruits and veggies.How much should they have?

Fruit's are high in sugar's? I knew they had surgar,but I didn't know they where really high in sugar.I feed her fruit a lot.Also how much grass should I give her? Is a handful ok? Or a little less?
