LOL! No that is NOT a rat.. that is a gray piggie whose name is Marty Melvin Morris! I'll try and post a closer picture of him. His coat is sooooo pretty! (just posted a good picture of Marty (the gray piggie) in the cozy area.

Great cage. How did you attatch the chain to the tunnels on the top and how did you secure it at the bottom? I'm assuming they are the ferrett tunnels - my gp's are verrry fat, they look like they might just fit into the tubes.

These funnels are very large. They are actually considered "Giant" (5" diam) by the manufacturer 'Super Pet'. Both my pigs have crawled through AT THE SAME TIME! (Granted there was some ticked off squeaking at the time.) Look at my picture - 2nd floor, under the loft - you will see a VERY FAT white piggie named Toto. He has no trouble at all. The tunnels came with the chains. They are attached to the connector rings that hooks the different sections together. I have the chains pulled taut at the top and another chain at the bottom attached to the cage. It doesn't move. Go to my gallery and I've uploaded some pics with Marty in one as well as a closeup of me measuring it.

Cool cage, I have a question though, how does the piggies go up and down the tunnels? I was thinking of doing an upstairs for my C&C cage and saw the tube, just wondering how they do it without getting hurt
