I do not like that. Your guinea pig can get stuck. How the heck does he get out? The other end of the pipe is blocked by the grid. And he sure as heck can't turn around to get back! He can also sufficate.
If you look closer you'll see that both sides of the tube are open and cut at an angle. They can walk straight through. Like I said before, The tube is short, only 13 inches long, and open on both sides so there is plenty of air. As for getting stuck, the tube has a 4.5 inch diameter which my girls fit through easily. I measured my pigs before I put the tube in the cage to make sure that they wouldn't get stuck. It only takes them a second to run through, they couldn't do that if it was too tight.
