Great cage...it would make a nice mouse cage, too. Bird cages work so great because it so much more fun to built your cage then buy one already made for like $100. Secret is so lucky to have a friend liek you take care of her. She is so cute!

It really worked out great.. it was only $40 but it was one level, so I cable tied a second level on, and aded a solid floor..

I don't think it would work for a mouse, unless you have chubby little mice..lol.. All the mice I ever had would have been able to escape through the bars in about 2 mins.. lol

Thanks, I used cable ties. I actually don't use this cage anymore, she decided she would rather chew on the bottom part of the cage than on her chew block.. so it has a whole in the bottom. Another design flaw is the doors, which are quite too small to be able to get in and spot clean or rearrange things easier. You can go to my gallery and see pictures of my new cage.
