Its not cedar at all. Why guess from such a dark picture? Its recycled, compressed then shredded newspaper. Obviously non-toxic and dust extracted. But many many thanks for your miss-placed concern.
I think your cage is great, looks like lots of fun for your pigs. And I like it's by your computer so they can see you lots
I just noticed there's no cubes on the front of the loft, so your pigs could fall out and hurt themselves. I don't know if you just took them out for the photo (sorry if you did!) but just thought I'd mention it.
