This is Rufus. He's been with us since March 15, 2006. We got him from a lady who took him off the hands of someone who spent a lot time at the bars and didn't have time for him.
He was living with his friend Petey (who has passed away) in a tiny, disgusting, rusted, metal cage on cedar chips.
