Ok, so I'm cheap. This is a head rest used in baby car seats, swings, etc. to keep small infants' heads from flopping around. Once my youngest was past the floppy head stage, I looked at it, thought "This looks like a good pig bed," and threw it in the cage. They love curling up in it.
