Who's in the other side? If it's a girl, you can put them together. Dosen't matter, unless the babies are more than 5 days old. Mum gets very possessive and will fight the other female.

It is a girl and she has some pups she's still weaning. The pups are nearing 4 weeks of age now and are ready to go. Stella (Mum) is VERY possessive so she gets her own section of the cage until the pups are gone. After then I will remove the divider.
