To make cleaning the cage easy all grids in the front are removable and trays all slide foward and can also be totally removed. Ladders have eyehooks so they can also be removed and cleaned and carpet replaced if needed.
Cutepiggy---I use the 6mm coroplast so it is a lot more sturdy than the 4mm.
Tipiman23--The cage does have grids in the front of the cage. This picture shows them removed so the pans can slide completely out from under the cage making it SOOO much easier to clean
