Here's a shot of Lou's new cage. 2 x 5 grids, with 2 x 1 on top. We wanted to keep the bottom as clean as possible, so the top has turned into a kitchen. Still needs more toys, but we're getting there.
Yes, we used the bottom of Lou's old cage as a base for the kitchen area. I had to cut a slot for him to walk through which is a little hard to see in this picture. I'll try to post some more which will show this more clearly
