This shows their new toys. One is a bird chew block with bell. They tend to just smack the bell and not chew the wood. The other toy is the cardboard tube at the bottom. They run through it and play with the fuzzball that came with it.
Yes, it is carpet. It works great if they would learn not to pee on it all the time. They have gotten better since I put up that cover in the bottom right corner of this picture. I'm still trying to figure out a way to effectively clean it for when they do pee on it though. Washer + Vinegar = stinky carpet. I'm going to give bleach a try to see if the odor is removed. Any suggestions are welcome. =)
half cup of vinegar
half cup of lemon juice (the acid combines with the vinegar and also removes stain, the bottled stuff is ok to use and it takes away the smell of the vinegar)
and then about 2-3 table spoons of "bicarbonate of soda"
