Found these pencil bags at Dollar Tree.
They are designed to go in a 3 ring binder.
Equipped with a zipper and plastic see through front.
I cut out the plastic front and patched it close with a piece of a bandanna. Cut holes in the solid canvas side
Added some plastic shower curtain rings and voila!
