Here is the ramp leading to the upper deck. It is two bent grids zip tied together.
On top of that is a piece of coroplast zip tied to the grids.
The topmost layer is rubber shelving material, duck taped to the coroplast.
The whole thing is zip tied to the grids at the upper deck.
