The ramp is 1/2" plywood about 7 1/2" wide with a carpet scrap glued to the top of it. Two eye hooks are screwed into the end of the plywood and hooked onto the grid. Keeping the width to 7 1/2" allows for more freedom of movement on the bottom level. The carpet provides traction.
