100% Recycled Cage - Guinea Pig Cages

This is the 100% recycled material cage I made. Total cost of materials was $6.32. The bottom is a metal pan from a giant breed dog kennel. The corroplast is old political and promotional signs. The sides are reused wire shelving.

great! But I'd put some sort of barrier at the edge of the 2nd floor, as they could fall/jump off.

It has a barrier. That picture was taken with it off so you could see the hay loft better. Thanks for your concern over my girls' safety though.

Great cage! I use the plumbing pipe myself and my girls also love it. I love how u went green on the cage too recycling is the best way to go considering the pigs dont know the difference anyways!

Use the drainage tube without the holes in it and there is no problem or danger of feet getting stuck. Because it's "corrugated" they have excellent traction and they seem to love running up and down it.
