Selling animals on Craigslist is against their terms of use, and will be taken down if flagged enough to draw attention. A "small re-homing fee" is allowed to cover any cost of vaccinations or care a person did to get the animal ready for their new home. It's all in the wording. Craigslist also doesn't allow ads offering stud services.

I agree with you on leaving bruiser with her because he won't really be bothered by breeding. Females are the ones that could die from breeding. But she can still use him to inpregnate a female which sucks.

Cool, good to know! Hopefully she won't catch on to the terminology part..

@Starthecavy123, Yeah I still feel bad not being able to get him back, but honestly, I just will have no where to put him without being in a tiny cage, and his life being in danger because of dogs. See how we are temporarily doing it at my moms, til we find a house, is she has a spare room for the pc and crafts. She agreed to clear about 6 feet for my table and the cage that will go on top. We have another spare room and a side breeze way for our own personal space and then we all share the rest of the house. We are blocking off the breezeway/den type area with a baby gate so our dogs don't mingle with theirs until they are ready...her dogs are not exactly socialized and mine will wanna play with them, LOL. Then I am blocking off the spare pc room with another baby gate and a door to be sure the guinea pigs are going to be fine...plus they have a lid. I just have nowhere to put him. That's also why i am getting Splinter fixed...so he can be king among the maidens.

Would you maybe have room for a midwest? I have two, and fleece flippers to fit that I don't need any more since I upgraded to a 2x6 C&C. I want to keep one of the mw cages just in case but have been thinking about what to do with the second. If you think you have room for it you're welcome to it. I'm in Maryland right off 95; you could even pick it up ok your way north if you are driving.
    Just a thought.

Hey I am going to think about that, @melynda. I will have to ask my mom for the exact measurements, and see if I can maybe stack them or something. I don't know though, because I am very short, and afraid of heights, and I would be afraid to get up on a step latter all the time to get Bruiser. If I do happen to get jasmine back and cannot find a suitable home for her before I leave, I might can use it for when I re home Jasmine in NY. That way i know she has a suitable cage. That would be up to you though. I think we go through Maryand when we visit NY, so I would assume we would be going through it when we move. Thank you! You are so kind!

Oh, @Starthecavy123, they are so cute! I love Gin-Gin's band and move Cinna's markings! They are both just too adorable! Is Cinna named after Lenny Kravits character in Hunger Games?

I rescued them from my local humane society. Their full names are Cinna'bon and Gingersnap. But we shortened their names to Cinna and Gin-Gin. Yes I named him after that character because Cinna is my favorite character of the whole trilogy

Re: Is This a Breeder? If So Please Flag.

Thank you! They are happiest when running at the field . Yes I did! I love the Tyler Perry movies, especially the Madea movies! My husband says calling her Madea would seem like a racist move (Which I sooooo am not racist), but Madea is one of my favorite characters of all time and she a fairly large African-American woman with sass. Well Madea the guinea pig was huge compared to other guinea pigs I'd seem before at the time, she was (and still kind of is) a little bit if a bully and sassily sticks her leg out to the side if you touch her somewhere age don't want you to... That goes for Minerva who is always trying to steal her food... And the leg comes out, . Do that's went I named her Madea.

I love all my animals! They each have their own personalities! Funniest one out of gps has to Dutchess or Minerva. Minerva is blind in one eye...I don't one why. I took her to the vet and she said Minerva had an old injury from before I adopted her, and yet she still popcorns and runs around like crazy. She's learned to take a piece of food and run so the adults don't steal it, yet she'll sneak in like a ninja and try and take theirs, .

Oh they are such loyal dogs too. The one on the left (Akasha) was a stray I found at 4 weeks old about. She's the first dog I've ever had as an adult. I nursed her through parvo2 weeks after I found her. She's 7 now. At the time, I had no vet money but couldn't find her a home so until payday... was a Thursday at the time, I syringe feed her food and water trying to make it si she would get dehydrated. It worked because when I took her to the vet they kept her just one night. Said i got her through it.

My guinea pigs and dogs... They ate my kids. I'm unable to conceive so they are my kids.

Le sigh. I love my family. (Hubby included... Those the animals are easier to get asking with lmao)

I love Madea to in fact I love all of Tyler Perry's movies. Every Saturday I even watch Tyler Perry's house of Payne.

Guinea pigs certainly have big personalities for such little critters.

Yea they definitely come to be our children even on some level. That's actually how I've always looked at my pets as. I come from a big animal loving family. I've been around dogs, cats, turtles, guinea pigs, horses and donkeys. The horses or donkey weren't mine they were my cousins but we used to be really close. So I was pretty much around them a lot.
