Adopting Best place to get a skinny pig?

Okay so do you get a skinny pig from a breeder or a shelter/rescue?

I really want to get a skinny pig from a shelter/rescue but they never have them. Most of the time they haven't even heard of skinny pigs.

There are 2 breeders by me but, I really don't want to get a skinny pig or any animal from them.

If you have a skinny pig or pigs where did you get them?

Keep checking Petfinder. Don't get one from a breeder.

I see them every now and again on craigs list, not from breeders.

I don't have a skinny pig, but I got my pigs from a rescue so I suggest just checking your rescues

Where are you located? There is a rescue in Maryland that I know has skinny pigs right now.

Keep checking rescues, shelters, craigslist, and guineapigzone.com. Beware of breeders though!

I have gotten 4 skinny pigs from Craigslist. 3 were rescues that got adopted, 1 was for me.

Where are you located (state)? You may have to drive a bit to get a skinny.
