Question on Adopting

Hello All! At the end of May i will be adopting my very first Guinea Pig and i want to know what type of guinea pigs do i go for? What all will i need? I have been doing research since January, but i want to make sure i will be the best owner i can be so if anyone can give me tips about guinea pigs please do so thanks!

I don't quite understand what you mean by.what type you should get? If you mean look wise, I'd look at pictures of different types of gp's and see what you find that you like. Two is always better than one, so your pigs can socialize. Have you looked into a c&c cage? also make sure to try and have a vet fund set aside for emergencies. And have hideys for them to be able to hang out in
