    Unhappy Furball Teeth Chattering!

I was sitting across from the Guinea Pig's cage when i saw one of the pigloos go up and saw the two guinea pigs inside. Both of them then got out of the pigloo and one was teeth chattering while the other followed him around. Then he turned around and started teeth chattering louder and the other started teeth chattering loudly too. I immediately threw a towel on one and hid the other in a pigloo and blocked the exit/entrance when i figured out they were mad at each other. When i took the towel off, the piggie walked toward the pigloo where the piggy was and started teeth chattering loudly again. My piggies have only been in the same cage together for about 3 days.

    What do i do?

    Is this Serious?

Do i separate them with a divider in the middle until they calm down?

Do i separate them AND introduce them all over again?

Any advice is helpful! Thank You.

Take the pigloos out unless it's one of the ones with both an entrance AND an exit. You should never have a hidey where a pig can get trapped by another pig. That alone may solve your problem.

You can cut another hole in them, or replace them with fleece forests or other hideys/tunnels where the cornered pig can escape.

I would just leave them too it - pigs can sometimes be a little grumpy just like people. Is they aren't actually fighting you don't need to do anything.

The pigloos had to go over at my home. I use boxes with extra entrance and exits and fleece forests How big is the cage?

The cage is about 7.5 sq ft. They have 2 pigloos and the little one always wants to cuddle with the older boar, so it's nothing completely new. I will try to find a way on how to make a second entrance in case one of them gets blocked again.
