Is it ok to use breadcrumbs in treats?

I'm about to make treats right now, and have no oats. I have plain and self raising flour which apparently isnt good for them, but I've also got breadcrumbs. Could I use them, if so by themself or with any flour? I will be adding banana and carrotand a tiny bit of original no additive cereal with raisins

No breadcrumbs, cereal or flour. Feed fresh herbs or veggies as a treat instead.
There is no point in feeding unhealthy treats when healthy greens or occasional fruits are so much more appreciated.
