Re: How long should I keep her separated?

I've been so tempted to put her back for two days now, as she's been very alert & active.
It's safe to put her back now then?

How closed up is the incision? I would worry that she might exercise excessively, running and jumping and climbing.

It looks nicely closed but it's most likely too soon for that, it's hard to tell as the cross stitches have a very good firm hold.
I'll keep her separated for another day & decide from there. How long did you keep Suzi separated in the carrier?

There is swelling around & under the incision but no sign of an infection, how did you tell Suzi had a hernia?
