Nutrition Someone please help!

My poor baby girl got diarrhea. It was so bad that it had smeared all over their fleece bedding and in between their feet. So I called the vet right away and they looked her over. They came to the conclusion that she is lacking in fiber. I wanted to cry because I heard that if their diarrhea isn't treated right away it could be fetal Anyways the vet put her on antibiotics (I forget the name) and she has to be on them for one week. My question is how can I increase her fiber intake? The vet told me to put her on real hay instead of the Timothy Hay for awhile. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks so much and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Timothy is a type of grass hay and is fine to feed. Not sure what your vet meant by "real hay". Are you feeding her unlimited hay?

Take her off veggies for now and only feed hay and pellets. You should find out the name of antibiotics. Some types of antibiotics are not safe for guinea pigs.

She is taking Baytril (antibiotics) I was giving her Romaine Lettuce, carrots, cilantro (she didn't like at all), and red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers. She didn't like any of the peppers either. All she ate was the lettuce and carrots (and lots of Timothy hay and pellets) and normal amount of water. I guess they said she could have been sick with this before I got her. I just didn't know what I did wrong. I just want to get all better! She's such a sweet girl. Thank you guys for your suggestions. I appreciate the help more than you know!
