help! Is she prago?

I have two gp nibbler and rilly, I had nibbler about three mounths befor getting rilly, when I got nibbler from out local pet store she was under wiaight and mean. But she's gained wiaght and is vary lovible now. I was told buy the pet store that she was femail and had already had a litter at the store. So when I decided to get anouther gp I wanted a femail because I tryed breeding in the past with my first love and the one pg who mad me fall in love with the pablo and the most buitfule girl I named electra, she died the night after giving birth to all dead deformed babys. So I didn't want to go threw that again. When I picked up rilly from the same pet store I knew she was female as well because having owned a male I can tell the diffreance. I have had her for almoest three mounths know and like nibbler she was under waight and in need of some TLC she has since gained waight but recantly had becomed really pair shaped but her eating habbits haven't changed at all. Her stomic is more hard yet soft at the same time and when you put light presure on it you can feel bumps. She hates her stomic being played with at all and she does alil piggie dance when you play with her rump. Is she prago? I need help and I can't tell.

Knowing the sexes will at least tell you the likelihood. Do you have a kitchen scale? It is a recommended practice to weigh your guinea pigs weekly to watch for drops in weight, which usually indicates illness: https://www.guinealynx.info/healthycavy.html.
