I know red and green bell peppers are really healthy for guinea pigs and they seem to be a favorite with my girls. I have read on the internet that guinea pigs can only have red and green bell pepper and some say that they can have orange and yellow bell peppers as well. So my question is Are yellow and orange bell peppers just as good as red or green or are they not okay for guinea pigs?

They are okay for piggies to eat, all bell peppers are safe. The coloured ones I believe contain more sugars then the green bell pepper but all of them are alright to feed.

Like skinnypigs said, all bell peppers are safe for pigs to eat. Yellow and green bell peppers have similar nutrition and should be fed on a daily basis (about 1/8th of a bell pepper per day), while the red and orange ones are higher in sugar and should be fed more sparingly.
