I live in a townhouse and every year they use fertilizer, weed killer, and pesticides on the grass and its really annoying. Anyway, they just used weed killer and Im wondering when I can bring my ferrets and rats outside. Its been a little over a week and it has rained. Im not going to bring my rabbits or guinea pigs outside anymore this year because they eat the grass but ferrets and rats dont so would it be ok?

I don't think so, I think they would inhale the fumes, which may cause them sickness.

I wouldn't take my chances.

I wouldn't chance it, my rats used to nibble on the grass sometimes, you just can't guarantee that they won't eat even a little bit. When I wanted to bring my rodents outside I just took a fleece blanket out and let them run on that. They didn't have the danger of the grass and what ever was on it and they still got fresh air.
