I have 2 female guinea pigs around 3 years old and haven't found anything useful on google, I don't know if its an age thing, or dominance (which has already been established), my one female is much bigger compared to the other, and she's been chasing, rumblestrutting, and barbering the other pig, since sometime around August. At the start it was mounting which I thought was pretty normal, but now my other guinea pig is missing a quarter of her fur. I've already separated, but now my mom and I are wondering if it'll go away so we can put them in the same cage again.

Well, I never would have separated them. You've got a barber pig, and she may always be one. As long as the other one isn't being bitten, she's not being hurt.

That being said, those are pretty classic signs of ovarian cysts. I'd want to see a good exotic vet for an examination.
