I was wondering if anyone hasn’t gotten their KMS pellet order? I’ve been charged for two months in a row and haven’t received anything. I keep trying to contact customer service but no response.

I have two pigs I believe are loosing weight since they aren’t fans of the oxbow pellets. Any suggestions for weight gain other than critical care to supplement?

KMS service seems to be nonexistent. And the fires in the area certainly haven't helped. Have you checked to see if the pellets are available on Amazon?

How much are the pigs losing?

I forgot about the fires. I was just hoping I would get some type of response.

I checked Amazon and they’re sold out

The two pigs have lost about 200-300g over the last few weeks. I also had them go to the vet and they found nothing wrong with them. They’ve also been coming up to the side of the cage when it’s veggie time and they never used to do that.

Could you go to a local pet store and buy pellets there?

I did buy them Oxbow pellets, which I will sometimes mix into the KMS to make it last longer. All my other pigs don’t have a problem, only these two that are cage mates it seems

I'd mince, very very very finely, some veggie that they like and stir the bits into the pellets. That'll give the pellets a bit of the veggie flavor, and they'll also get some pellets by accident. That might help them switch over to Oxbow.
