How Many? Should I get more pigs?

Hi, so I got 2 boars a few months back so they're around 6 months right now. I currently have them in a Kaytee Open Living cage (measures 60"x30" (5'x2.5') which is 12.5sq ft). I have decided I'm going to increase the space for their cage to approximately 9'x2.5' (~22.5sq ft). I'm trying to decide if I should split that space into 2 cages and get 2 more pigs or if I should use the entire space for my current pigs. I thought about getting 1 more pig but everything I've read so far seems to suggest that wouldn't work out.

One more boar wouldn't work, and neither would a single female.

That much space, the best thing you could do is just add it to what your current boys already have. My boars have even more space than that and they love it. Watching them run and popcorn is just pure happiness.

Please don't add a third pig. You may well wind up with three solo pigs, none of whom will live with either of the others.
