Hi again!

To keep my piggies cool, I brought them into the living room and set up their play arena.
I was thinking of leaving them in here overnight as it is far less hot because our AC is here. Is this setup too dangerous/risky for the pigs? I have the AC set to 79 degrees F and aiming upward. Room temp is registering at 78 Should I put a blanket over the top of the cage to lessen the AC flow/draft? Or is this not an issue?

The ideal temperature range for guinea pigs is 60-75 degrees. Anything higher and they are in danger of heat stroke.

I'd leave them in there, and if the room they live in is higher than that I'd either get an air conditioner for that room or leave them in the room that has one permanently .
