Skin Problems Guinea Pig appears to have a sore any idea what it is?

So I know guinea pigs tend to get a few skin problems where a lump will form. My guinea pig used to have one but it looks like it's popped. It doesn't look to hurt her.

I'd like to know whether anyone knows what it might be and what I should do now, in regards to care.

I'd like to take her to the vet but my work schedule has been terrible, and the soonest availability is in late June/ early July.
