Sanitizing old cage for new pigs

I need to completely clean and sanitize my cage.

    We have always had boars.
We are adopting a pair of sisters at the end of April.

I already have so many supplies, I donít want to get rid of them. I am a little concerned that I wonít be able get all of the boar scent.

Will that have any impact on the girls? They will be quite young when they come to me. They have only just been born. They are sisters and will have always been together (also eliminating bonding concerns this time around).

Obviously wash the main cage with sanitizer.
Wash the bedding in soap and vinegar rinse.
    What else will neutralize odours?

    I wouldn't worry about it.

Just get the pee stains out and you are good.

When I got a used c&c + fleece set up from my local rescue, I sprays the coroplast with vinegar water. I also bought used cage grids, but whether or not that had any 'guinea pig scent' is unknown.
