So I just got a couple new guinea pigs a couple days ago and the woman only fed them pellets and veggies with a little bit of hay, if any. They barely touch their Timothy hay and zero in on pellets and veggies. How do I get them to eat hay? I believe they gas because their digestive system isnt getting the hay it needs. Help!

Cut down on the veggies and pellets. If there is only hay to eat, they will eat it. However, make sure the hay is fresh and appealing (green, not brown) and the correct type. Try mixing other hay in if they don't want it. Oxbow makes a few varieties like orchard, oat hay, and botanical hay.

They one food they need more than any other is high quality timothy hay. If all they will eat is pellets they're at least going to get some of the fiber they need as pellets are timothy hay based.

Definitely limit the veggies, or cut them out altogether for the time being.
