[HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION]

i plan on staying with someone for an indefinite amount of time. they have two brothers that they are willing to neuter if i help pay (which i can) and i have three intact sows. i will be bringing my bigger 32sqft c&c cage with me, which is supposedly big enough for 10 guinea pigs.
is it recommended to house them together if they are extremely well bonded neutered brothers with three sows, or will the presence of the girls still be a problem?

thanks in advance :)

No, it's not. You can put multiple sows with one boar, but not more than one. Even neutered, the boars will fight over the ladies.
