Chat posting a poll

Hi, I don't know where to put this so I just kinda guessed here. How do you post a poll in a post? I'm seriously useless with technology and cannot figure this out for the life of me. Thanks!

I think I remember that polls have been disabled, but I can't find anything about it at the moment. I'll check into it and let you know.
